Then apply a 6-foot protective power spray around the foundation, a 10 ft granular barrier just beyond that, and a full yard inspection with targeted spot treatments – four lines of defence to reduce activity before pests make it to your walls. If your property includes a dock, we extend our service to de-web and apply Web-Away to maintain a clean, welcoming waterfront.

Your service includes unlimited free re-services. If something pops up between your scheduled bi-monthly treatments, just let us know. We’ll return, inspect, and treat the issue at no additional cost. No fees. No hassle. That’s our quality guarantee.

How long does each treatment take?

A standard visit typically takes 20–45 minutes, depending on the size of your property and level of activity. We don’t rush the work. Each visit includes de-webbing, high-reach dusting, foundation treatment, 10 foot granulation, and a full yard inspection and spot treatment. Thorough service is what keeps pests from coming back.

Why is bi-monthly service recommended instead of one-time treatments?

Pest control works best as a protective barrier, and that barrier naturally breaks down over time due to sun, rain, and the environment. Treating every other month ensures consistent coverage and prevents pests from re-establishing themselves. One-time sprays only knock pests down temporarily — our bi-monthly program maintains long-term protection.
